EXERCISE AT INNER PEACE

Inner Peace believes in the therapeutic benefits of training and exercise in transcending a substance use disorder. Our sessions are a 45 minute combination of cardiovascular exercise and weight training. It is a team-building occasion which gives participants enhanced self-esteem, discipline, and a sense of accomplishment.

It is also a healthy outlet for the tensions often experienced in a small community, and for the emotions evoked in therapy. It gets the participants onto the tennis courts, which helps to prevent cabin fever.
